Thyme is an aromatic evergreen herb with culinary, medicinal, and ornamental uses. Thyme is both fragrant and flavourful and used to season all kind of dishes playing well with all its Mediterranean pals, including rosemary, oregano, marjoram and sage.

  • Fresh, quality herbs, will appear as though they have just been picked with plump looking leaves. Look for produce that has healthy stems with no signs of yellowing or wilting.

  • Herbs should be kept covered in a cool area away from refrigeration fans.
