HERBALICIOUS SAGE – 15G

The greenest pre-packaged herbs, fresh from the farm.
 
Sage has aromatic leaves with a grey-green, soft surface and fine hair-like filaments. Sage has a savoury, slightly peppery flavour and is used in many European cuisines, notably Italian and Middle Eastern cooking. When using sage, add it towards the end of cooking to maintain its flavour and distinct aroma.

  • Fresh, quality herbs, will appear as though they have just been picked with plump looking leaves. Look for produce that has healthy stems with no signs of yellowing or wilting.

  • Herbs should be kept covered in a cool area away from refrigeration fans.
