Lemon Thyme has a peppery taste with pronounced lemon notes. Lemon Thyme is at home in most Mediterranean dishes and pairs well with fish and chicken, as well as being best friend to tomatoes and lemons.

  • Fresh, quality herbs, will appear as though they have just been picked with plump looking leaves. Look for produce that has healthy stems with no signs of yellowing or wilting.

  • Herbs should be kept covered in a cool area away from refrigeration fans.
