SWEET GREY PUMPKIN
An attractive grey skin and beautifully rich, golden, orange flesh with a great robust flavour. A great, all-round variety that is similar to the Queensland Blue. As this variety has a naturally drier flesh it is perfect baked or boiled, with its fibrous skin withstanding high temperatures in cooking.
 
JAP/KENT PUMPKIN
Also known as the Jap Pumpkin, the Kent is a smaller variety that has a particularly sweet, slightly nutty flavour profile that is a great choice for salads, a quiche or in soups. The Kent is easily distinguishable by it’s striking, mottled grey/green skin and dark yellow flesh.
 
BUTTERNUT PUMPKIN
A variety described as being smooth as butter with a slight nutty sweetness. The Butternut is our most popular variety with its narrow, oblong shape making it easy to cut up.   (like a blue cheese) and makes a mean pumpkin pie and fruitcake.
