POMEGRANATE PROSECCO SMASH

INGREDIENTS

• Crushed Ice

• 1 tablespoon Pomi Gold Pure Frozen Pomegranate Arils

• 60ml Pomi Gold Pure Pomegranate Juice

• 1 teaspoon maple syrup

• 30ml Vodka

• 120-180ml Prosecco

• Garnish:

• 1 tablespoon pomegranate arils

• A sprig of rosemary

METHOD

1. Fill a glass with crushed ice. Add the pomegranate juice, maple syrup, vodka and stir. Top it off with the prosecco. Add in the arils and garnish with a sprig of rosemary!
