INGREDIENTS
2 packets of cherry tomatoes, halved
6 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
In a medium bowl, toss together all ingredients. Trasnfer to a baking sheet and spread into an even layer
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until tomatoes are soft and very fragrant
Eat immediately! Or, add them to your favourite meal like pizza or pasta.
