INGREDIENTS
4 blood oranges or 1/2 cups blood orange juice
Bottle of Prosecco, chilled, 750mL
METHOD
In a measuring cup, juice the blood oranges.
In four tall champagne glasses, evenly divide the blood orange juice in each glass.
STEP 3 In a shallow bowl, pour 4 tbsp of amaretto over savoiardi biscuits and allow them to absorb slightly.
STEP 4 Fill the rest of the glass with Prosecco. Garnish with a slice of blood orange. Enjoy!
